Will you fix the issues for me?
No. We will let you know what’s wrong and how to fix it (for example, installing a certain update). You have to either fix the issues based on our instructions yourself, give the instructions to the appropriate department, or hire someone.

Am I never going to get hacked after hiring you?
No. New vulnerabilities are constantly discovered, and new vulnerabilities are created with every large update of the applications you use. You have to employ safe practices and have your system scanned on a regular basis. It is also essential to pay attention to the news so you can see the next big vulnerability right when it comes out.

Do you have a refund policy?
Partially. Our goal is to ensure that we have done our job correctly and left you satisfied; if you still feel unsatisfied, our head manager will look at the case and decide if a refund is appropriate. We are not required to issue any refunds. We enjoy our work and want you to enjoy the results as well.
